Schedule: 25–35 Hours Per Week

Compensation: $24–$26 Per Hour (Based on Experience)

About Us

Amora Renae Collection is a luxury hair extension brand specializing in premium virgin and raw hair extensions. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee our retail location, lead our team, maintain store standards, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Position Overview

The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently, employees follow company standards, inventory remains organized, and customers receive an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for a strong retail leader who enjoys coaching employees, maintaining organization, creating accountability, and taking ownership of daily store performance while remaining hands-on in store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and coach sales associates

• Open and close the store

• Train new team members on products, sales techniques, customer service, and company standards

• Hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, organization, and daily responsibilities

• Ensure all inventory, hair extensions, closures, and products are properly organized, stocked, and returned to their designated locations

• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and visual merchandising standards

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Monitor daily sales performance and team productivity

• Ensure all operational procedures are followed consistently

• Communicate inventory concerns, staffing updates, and store needs to ownership

• Lead by example through excellent customer service and sales performance

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management, assistant management, or team leadership experience

• Strong customer service and sales background

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable

• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• Experience in beauty, hair extensions, cosmetics, salon retail, or luxury retail environments strongly preferred
