- The Data Center Technician is expected to address customer inquiries via support tickets from inception through resolution with minimal or no supervision.
- Support data center operations and IT systems, network services, business critical processes and procedures to support the delivery of customer products and services;
- Provide technical and operational support, including as it relates to colocation, connectivity, and network products and services.
- Support internal networks, IT infrastructure, computers, electronics, and telephone systems.
- Install and deploy IT and network hardware;
- Make and run patch cables as well as verify testing cable paths.
- Support maintenance of infrastructure, network equipment, and network services, including but not limited to break-fix work.
