Job Description:

The Party Manager is responsible for selling fun Our ideal team member will serve as the 'First Point of Contact' of ARs Entertainment Hub and work with our guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties They will also assist the Director of Events in hosting business groups, church events, sports groups, school groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. To hit the ground running you'll need to make quality connections with local organizations through outbound prospecting efforts, attend chamber and other community events to drive brand awareness and drive event business to the park, have great phone and computer skills, multi-tasking abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering a memorable Guest experience. The Party Manager will report directly to the General Manager and Director of Events

Working Environment

· Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions during party time

· Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week.

·Required to work 45 hour work week or as the business needs

Requires lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs

QUALIFICATIONS

· Must pass a background check

· Ability to enthusiastically interact with others

· Strong character and exercises good judgment in decision-making

·Work Holidays and be flexible with schedules due to large volum

2 years Experience Required or combination of education and experience.

· Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Compensation:

$50,000 a year
