AR Roofing & Remodeling is hiring an On-Site Project Manager / Foreman to oversee residential roofing replacement projects and help ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor standards.
This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who can lead by example, communicate well with homeowners and crews, and take pride in quality workmanship. Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise roofing jobs on site from start to finish
- Monitor workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and quality control
- Communicate with homeowners and crews throughout the project
- Ensure projects are completed to company and manufacturer specifications
- Take photos, document progress, and report issues as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Leadership ability and good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Roofing/construction experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Pay:
Compensation is based on experience.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
