What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at AR Building Co?
A. R. Building Co., a property management company, is seeking a full time EXPERIENCED Maintenance Tech to join our team for The Villages of Easton, a 450 unit apartment community located in Irwin. Applicants must be experienced in general apartment maintenance, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry.
Interested individuals must have valid DL, reliable truck, own hand tools, and availability to rotate on-call responsibilities.
Hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9:00-5:00 and Fri. 8:00-4:00. Rotating weeks of on-call responsibility.
