What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician Float - Property Management position at AR Building Co?
We are seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED Maintenance Tech to join our team at Newport Avenue Apartments, a luxury rental community in Rumford, RI. This position will float to our nearby community in Norton, MA.
Applicants must be experienced in general property maintenance and upkeep, appliance repair, electric (switches and plugs etc), plumbing, basic carpentry and HVAC troubleshooting.
Interested individuals must have a valid DL, reliable vehicle, own hand tools, and availability for on-call responsibilities.
Hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9:00-5:00 and Fri. 8:00-4:00. Plus on-call responsibility.
Great benefits the first of the month after 60 days!
Must be able to pass background check.
