What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - Apartment Maintenance position at AR Building Co?
A. R. Building Co., a property management company, is seeking a full-time, EXPERIENCED Maintenance Tech to join our teams at Newport Avenue Apartments, and Norton Links Apartments, two brand new, luxury apartments communities located in Rumsford, RI and Norton, MA.
Applicants must be experienced in general apartment maintenance, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry. HVAC and CPO a plus!
Interested individuals must have a valid DL, reliable vehicle, own hand tools, and availability to rotate on-call responsibilities.
Hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9:00-5:00 and Fri. 8:00-4:00. Rotating weeks of on-call responsibility.
Great benefits the first of the month after 60 days!
Must be able to pass background check
