REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:- QUICK-BOOKS KNOWLEDGE, Advanced. (Reconciliations)- Knowledge of accounting.- Excellent organizational skills.- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Word, Outlook, Excel and QuickBooks or Wave.- Ability to Multi-Task- Strong listening, communication and reading comprehension skills- Organized with great follow-up with tasks- Work independently- Willing to learn, work hard and work as a team (assist project architects).- Previous experience in accounting, finance for a architectural, engineering or construction office is a plus.DUTIES:- Bookkeeping- Input Bills & Pay Bills.- Account Receivables (collecting payments from customers).- Account Payables (keep vendor payments updated).- Bank Reconciliation- General office tasks- Write and respond emailsCompany DescriptionAR Architecture, LLC- architectural firm.AR Paint & Carpet, LLC- small construction company that needs a person that can help grow it.
