Title: Senior Self-Perform Cost Analyst

About the Role |
Reporting to the Self-Perform Executive and coordinating work with the Estimating team, this senior level estimating position is primarily responsible for collaborating with project estimators to create accurate estimates and cost analysis for self-perform work including concrete, demolition, earthwork, carpentry scopes such as millwork/doors & hardware/specialty installations drywall systems, and composite crew, while also supporting traditional project estimating activities. This Senior Cost Analyst will also be required to bid and procure subcontracts, material, and equipment to perform these self-perform scopes. The estimates produced are essential Contract Documents that are used to manage construction projects and determine overall project financial success. Utilizing advanced knowledge of self-perform construction methods, materials, sequencing, and production rates, the Senior Cost Analyst is responsible for making timely determinations that materially impact the scale, scope, and profitability of self-perform estimates. The Self-Perform Cost Analyst will also be responsible for data capture and management of productivity rates and material costs at the job level through software to update current estimates, templates, and databases. This role serves as the company-wide subject matter expert for self-perform cost analysis and estimating. |
