Job Description :
- Execute end-to-end logistics activities including receiving, storing and shipping equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill material requests, maintain good communication throughout the process and follow all SLAs.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments from the warehouse, including repackaging or repalletizing material as needed.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory documentation, ensuring timely updates of inventory tracking systems.
- Perform routine audits and physical inventory checks to verify asset accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records, working closely with relevant teams to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
- Support the organization and optimization of storage areas, maximizing space utilization and accessibility.
- Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
- Assist in 5S and maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring efficient operations.
- Comply with all security and data management policies.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as needed to support warehouse operations and contribute to team objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing or inventory management. (Required)
- Associate degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience) (recommended)
- Current Forklift Certification (recommended)
- Experience working in an e-commerce warehouse or customs bonded warehouse is a plus
- Familiarity with inventory management tools and systems, cycle counting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage inventory accurately.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities for team collaboration and documentation.
