Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in various accounting software to support our financial operations effectively.
Duties
- Maintains precise records of monthly dues & all amenity fees
- Prepare and send statement of accounts
- Apply charges and payments to resident accounts
- Reconciles daily receipts to ensure accuracy in accounting
- Coordinates with Collection Attorneys
- Answers phones and directs calls
- Support finance manager
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to accounts receivable and payment issues.
- Conduct credit analysis and negotiate payment terms with clients as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
High school diploma; three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
