As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth functioning of critical systems and the precise handling of essential administrative tasks. Your expertise will directly contribute to optimizing inventory management and order fulfillment processes, making a tangible impact on our operational success and commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor daily data file downloads for order processing within our warehouse management system (WMS), ensuring smooth and accurate data flow.
• Execute precise manual pick tag breakdowns, efficiently sorting assignments and routes, and delivering tags to designated staging areas.
• Perform custom tag reprints as needed, based on specific files, assignments, sequences, or extracts, to support operational demands.
• Generate and distribute essential daily operational reports, including critical Wave reports and custom data requests, to support informed decision-making.
• Process material returns by handling inbound tags, preparing necessary documentation, managing filing systems, and packaging items for dispatch.
• Manage and replenish essential operational supplies, such as pick tags, various specialized tags, printer consumables, and paper products, ensuring continuous availability for daily activities.
• Provide crucial operational coverage and support during significant WMS launch initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and effective implementation.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a solid understanding of warehouse administrative workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to effectively organize physical paperwork and reports by specific routes or assignments.
