Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.
Analyze market trends and leverage data insights to inform sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
Design and execute targeted recruiting campaigns to attract top talent.
Evaluate and assess candidates through interviews and skills assessments.
Manage the offer process, ensuring a competitive and compelling package for selected candidates.
Promote the company's employer value proposition to attract and engage potential candidates.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and recruiting trends.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Must-Have Qualifications:
5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or search firm environment, specializing in technical roles.
Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously.
Deep understanding of technical skills and experience required for various tech roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience with iCIMS or Workday applicant tracking systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience managing multiple priorities and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
Strong consultative skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders.
Proven track record of crafting customized recruiting strategies.
Excellent candidate conversion skills and the ability to market the company as an employer of choice.
