Aquent is partnering with one of New York City’s largest and most essential energy delivery companies (a key utility providing electric, gas, and steam service to millions) to find two highly capable Talent Advisors. This is a critical role supporting high-volume recruitment, staff initiatives, and reorganization efforts. The Roles (Two Distinct Needs)
Union Support – Proven experience in a Union environment. You will assist in conducting new union hire orientations.
Compliance Support – Deep understanding of the full life-cycle recruitment process and compliance in hiring. Must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data aggregation).

Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of sourcing experience within a corporate or high-volume agency setting.
- Expertise in managing a high volume of applicants and positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in the full recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, and using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to monitor large candidate pools.
- Experience recruiting for Engineering-related roles.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and skilled in creating complex Excel spreadsheets to track and report status weekly.
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to drive results through collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong personality who can keep the team on track and aligned with goals.
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict goals and deadlines for deliverables.
- Razor-sharp attention to detail—accuracy in reporting stats is vital.
- A strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
- Associate’s Degree 3 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree 2 years relevant experience
- High School Diploma/GED 5 years relevant experience

Salary : $45 - $50
