The Solutions Architect will provide technical leadership and governance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. They will contribute to the definition, implementation, and management of architectural governance processes and standards, and oversee the operational aspects of the architectural review board (ARB) process.

The Solutions Architect will provide technical leadership and governance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. They will contribute to the definition, implementation, and management of architectural governance processes and standards, and oversee the operational aspects of the architectural review board (ARB) process.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices (microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures)
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in solution architecture roles, with at least 5-7 years in a Senior or Principal Solution Architect position.
- Experience with leading E-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce)
- Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystems and their integration patterns
- Practical experience with ServiceNow for IT demand management
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation
- Understanding of application and data security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Proven experience within the Retail, E-commerce (B2C), and B2B industries, with a deep understanding of their business models, challenges, and technological opportunities.
- Ability to communicate complex architectural decisions and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and demands
- Experience with data architecture, including data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT, relational and NoSQL databases, and data streaming platforms
- Familiarity with luxury beauty brands and the retail industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
