**What You'll Do:**

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a pivotal member of the team, contributing to high-impact projects and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

* Serving as a Senior Developer and key liaison, partnering closely with other development teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality code implementation.

* Developing architectural diagrams and documents, writing clean software code, and creating automated test scripts.

* Producing efficient, easy-to-understand technical documentation.

* Acting as a crucial bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Architecting and developing effective solutions that align with the organization's overarching vision.

* Actively participating in product design and development sessions, bringing your expertise to the forefront.

* Engaging fully in all Agile ceremonies, contributing to a collaborative development process.

* Working closely with Business System Analysts to identify, define, and document comprehensive business and technical requirements.

* Collaborating extensively with team members and partners to discuss options and identify enhancement opportunities.

* Ensuring the timely delivery of technical project and release deliverables.

* Mentoring junior team members, fostering growth through knowledge sharing, and continuously expanding best practices.

* Balancing multiple priorities while navigating daily challenges with a problem-solving mindset.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in software development.

* 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Java and the Spring framework.

* Extensive experience in cloud development and Web Services (REST, SOAP), particularly in environments supporting high-volume transactions and high availability.

* 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing solutions for complex, enterprise-wide projects.

* Solid understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) principles and practices.

* Proficiency in developing architectural and design documentation, functional and technical specifications, and automated test processes.

* Strong working knowledge of software development methodologies, with extensive experience in Agile development processes.

* Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools for Agile project and code management (including Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, and Confluence).

* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including offshore teams, and manage offshore development activities.

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

* Experience and working knowledge of Pivotal Cloud Foundry.

* Experience and working knowledge of SQL Server, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in driving process improvements, enhancing feature adoption, scalability, and automation.

* Willingness and ability to quickly learn all aspects of test data management and associated tools.

* A passion for problem-solving and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
