About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic creative professional to collaborate closely with design experts, transforming complex product functionalities into intuitive, high-impact retail narratives. You will be instrumental in crafting engaging in-store interactive demos, companion screens, and attract loops, ensuring every user interaction is clear, compelling, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft clear, punchy on-screen microcopy and key narrative hooks designed for fast consumer comprehension in high-traffic retail environments.
- Write seamless copy strings for step-by-step interactive feature walkthroughs (highlighting camera features, AI assistance, battery performance, etc.).
- Maintain consistent tone and voice across interactive digital screens, companion display cards, and physical point-of-sale (POS) signage.
- Build copy frameworks optimized for international translation, regional adaptations, and global retail deployment.
- 5 years of experience in UX writing, interactive retail copywriting, or consumer tech marketing.
- Proven track record of simplifying complex hardware/software features into concise, consumer-friendly messaging.
- Experience collaborating directly with UX/UI designers, motion designers, and cross-functional agency teams.
- Advanced proficiency in a leading design collaboration tool for microcopy integration and layout review.
- Working knowledge of a standard creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) to review and update production-ready files.
- Expertise in standard office productivity suites for messaging decks, review loops, and framework deliverables.
