- TITLE: IS Project Manager
- LOCATION: Remote in the United States. Candidates MAY NOT be located in the following states: AL, CO, DE, HI, IN, KY, MD, MI, MO, NJ, NY, OH, PA, or RI
- HOURS: Full-time
- DURATION: 6 months
- What you’ll do:**
- Lead and manage multiple medium-sized technology projects from initiation to post-deployment.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, building support and influencing key decisions to ensure project alignment.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Create essential project documentation, including charters and detailed plans, securing necessary approvals.
- Guide and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Oversee critical integration, training, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate diverse stakeholders and teams across various concurrent projects.
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses and formulate effective corrective actions to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- What you’ll bring:**
- Demonstrated project management experience within a healthcare environment.
- Proven project experience specifically in healthcare and/or biomedical engineering.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
