As a Strategic and Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the smooth execution of our marketing operations projects and initiatives. You will be instrumental in providing both strategic insights and essential administrative support, ensuring our teams are well-equipped and our projects stay on track.   • What You’ll Do:**
  • **Strategic Support:**
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform critical decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the development of project strategies and objectives, shaping our future direction.
  • **Administrative Excellence:**
  • Organize and coordinate essential meetings, including meticulous scheduling, agenda creation, and logistics management.
  • Capture accurate minutes during meetings and ensure their timely distribution.
  • Proactively follow up on action items and tasks to guarantee timely completion.
  • Maintain impeccably organized project documentation and files.
  • Partner with various leaders and their administrative support to curate materials, compile invitee lists, identify nominees for key opportunities, manage distribution lists, and handle other related tasks.
  • Support the monitoring and modifications of content on various internal communication platforms.
  • **Project Planning & Oversight:**
  • Create and update comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to monitor project progress and ensure alignment.
  • Assist in identifying and proactively mitigating potential barriers to project success.
  • **Dynamic Communication:**
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and meticulously edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Clearly and concisely convey information in both written and verbal formats.
  • Develop engaging resources such as newsletters and various communications, occasionally incorporating visual or video elements to enhance engagement.
  • Support the development of strong presentations and compelling communication materials.
  • **Collaborative Teamwork:**
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to support a diverse range of projects.

  • Must-Have Qualifications:**
  • Proven experience in providing strategic and administrative support within a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Teams, One Note).
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

  • Experience with integration and engagement activities.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31 to $34. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
