What You’ll Do
- Gather requirements and proactively lead the execution of assigned marketing projects.
- Ensure marketing materials align with approved content through rigorous validation and proofing processes.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agency partners to maintain compliance in marketing material and campaign designs.
- Manage project timelines and status reports, effectively communicating key milestones and potential risks to stakeholders.
- Review and validate copy against established source documents, particularly for critical enrollment periods.
- Maintain comprehensive spreadsheets for tracking key marketing metrics.
- Oversee the project management of campaigns requiring external proofing agency services.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support marketing initiatives.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
- Be able to work on a W-2 basis; C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position.
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
