Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project management for Super Bowl campaign workstreams, ensuring all deliverables stay on timeline, on budget, and on brief
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing clear communication, status updates, and alignment
- Oversee workflow, scheduling, resourcing, and cross-functional coordination (creative, production, strategy, etc.)
- Anticipate risks and proactively solve problems to maintain smooth execution during a compressed timeline
- Support client interactions with professionalism, clarity, and strategic understanding of objectives
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation
- Ensure brand standards and campaign requirements are met across all deliverables
- 7 years experience in project management, account management, or integrated production (agency or brand side)
- Proven experience managing complex, high-profile campaigns (Super Bowl or large-scale tentpole events a plus)
- Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with quick turnarounds
- Comfortable jumping into an active workflow with minimal onboarding
