This is a true hands-on creator role. We're looking for someone who develops ideas, shoots, edits, produces, and is comfortable appearing on camera when the content calls for it.

We're looking for a Lead Content Creator, Social—a senior-level creator who can concept, host, and produce platform-native content that people actually choose to watch.

This isn't a purely aesthetic role. It's not about making things look pretty—it's about making them entertaining.

You'll help shape how iconic consumer brands show up across social platforms in ways that feel culturally relevant, comedic, self-aware, and built for repeat viewing.

We're looking for someone who understands that social content is programming—not just posting.

What You'll Do

Series Building (Not One-Off Posts)

Concept and develop recurring content formats and episodic series designed to build loyal audiences over time. You know how to create repeatable ideas that evolve and keep people coming back.

Entertainment & Hosting

Bring a strong point of view rooted in comedy, improv, storytelling, or entertainment. You're comfortable on camera—or directing talent—and understand timing, pacing, and performance.

Hands-On Content Creation

Shoot, edit, write, and produce short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to move quickly without sacrificing quality.

Consumer Culture Curiosity

You're naturally curious about consumer trends, internet culture, food and beverage moments, lifestyle conversations, and what captures attention online. You love experimenting with new ideas that connect with audiences.

Authentic Brand Integration

Seamlessly incorporate products into content in ways that feel organic and entertaining. You know how to make brands part of the story—not just the placement.

Creator Partnerships

Collaborate with creators and influencers to develop content that feels authentic while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Creative Leadership

Help elevate creative thinking across the team by mentoring junior creators, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and continuously raising the bar for content performance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience creating social-first content
• Portfolio demonstrating recurring content formats and series-based thinking
• Background in comedy, improv, hosting, entertainment, or creator-led content preferred
• Proven ability to develop engaging personality-driven or on-camera content
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
• Experience integrating brands naturally into content
• Ability to concept, create, and execute quickly in fast-moving environments
