What You’ll Do
- Lead product line planning across multiple categories, managing a high volume of styles across men’s and women’s assortments
- Drive the product creation process from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and marketplace needs
- Partner cross-functionally with design, technical development, merchandising, and planning to deliver cohesive product lines
- Translate athlete and consumer insights into actionable product briefs and line strategies
- Manage product data, line plans, and documentation within product management systems
- Oversee prototypes, samples, and wear-testing processes to ensure product quality and performance
- Monitor marketplace trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
- Ensure product readiness, including margin alignment, seasonal flow, and delivery timelines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in apparel product management, merchandising, or product creation
- Strong understanding of the apparel product lifecycle and line planning processes
- Experience working with textiles, trims, and garment construction
- Demonstrated business acumen, including understanding of margins, assortment planning, and marketplace dynamics
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple products and timelines
- Experience in sportswear, performance apparel, or team-based product lines
- Exposure to global product launches or multi-market assortments
- Familiarity with product line management or merchandising systems (any platform)
- Experience working with athlete insights, sports marketing teams, or external partners
- Passionate about apparel and sport, with a strong eye for product and style
