What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications and services, ensuring high quality and reliability.
- Build and integrate Generative AI solutions utilizing large language models (LLMs) to create innovative features.
- Develop sophisticated AI agents, workflows, prompts, tools, and orchestration frameworks.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, and knowledge retrieval solutions to enhance information access.
- Build robust APIs, microservices, and backend services to support complex AI workloads.
- Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize AI model performance, quality, cost, and latency for peak efficiency.
- Develop automated testing, monitoring, and observability solutions for AI applications, ensuring operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and business stakeholders, translating requirements into impactful technical solutions.
- Implement responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance controls within AI solutions, upholding ethical standards.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, coding standards, and engineering best practices, shaping our technical direction.
- Provide essential support for AI applications in production, participating in troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of software development experience.
- 2 years of experience building AI/ML or Generative AI applications.
- Strong programming skills in one or more of: Python, Java, C#, TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience developing REST APIs and distributed services.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, testing, CI/CD, security, and observability.
- Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, or Gemini.
- Experience building AI agents, integrations, tool calling frameworks, or multi-agent workflows.
- Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or Cloud Run.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
