**Responsibilities:**

* Provide comprehensive graphic design support for product lines, digital platforms, and marketing materials.

* Develop packaging layouts, from initial concept and design through mechanicals, comps, and final production of promotional assets.

* Demonstrate a strong understanding of both 2-D and 3-D design processes.

* Craft compelling copy to support advertising and promotional programs.

* Collaborate closely with creative leadership to develop engaging copy and innovative names and taglines for new products.

* Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

* Proactively identify potential issues and communicate solutions in real-time, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

* Manage a diverse project load, adapting your skills to both small-scale tasks and large-scale campaigns.

* Exhibit exceptional production savvy, ensuring high-quality output across all deliverables.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have:**

* 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Proven knowledge of graphic and package design principles.

* Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Premiere.

* Strong branding experience, with a keen eye for brand consistency and identity.

* Extensive retail experience, understanding the nuances of consumer-facing design.

* A strong, mandatory portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.

* Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations and internal communications.

**Nice-to-Have:**

* Experience within the beauty or fashion industry, with salon business experience being particularly advantageous.

* Ability to create animated graphics to enhance visual content.

* Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and priorities.

**Compensation:**

The target hiring compensation for this role is $47.02/hour.

Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
