Job Description:

**PART-TIME (M - F): Variable Schedule, Approx. 24 Hours/Weekly, up to 40.

You will be a crucial part of the content creation process, working alongside talented stylists to prepare merchandise, maintain an organized set, and ensure a seamless workflow. Your efforts will directly support the production of high-quality editorial visuals, contributing to the overall aesthetic and success of our visual campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist stylists in the preparation of merchandise for styling and photography.

* Support on-set teams to maintain efficient workflow, proactively communicate issues, and contribute to solutions.

* Collaborate with team members to organize styling closets and manage daily operational tasks.

* Ensure a clean and safe shooting environment throughout the day.

* Aid in the coordination of samples and merchandise movement, including photoshoot-related duties.

* Support the movement and tracking of items for editorial shoots.

* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners.

* Liaise daily with internal fashion and buying departments to ensure timely item flow.

* Manage and track inventory and items using an inventory management system, ensuring all pieces are accounted for.

* Work with stylists to prepare merchandise for editorial shoots.

**Qualifications:**

* Experience assisting on-set photoshoots.

* Proficiency in garment care, including steaming techniques.

* Demonstrated tailoring and organizational skills.

* Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

* Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).

* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

* Highly proactive with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

* Ability to quickly absorb and retain new information.

* A track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Internship experience in fashion.

**Nice-to-Haves:**

* Previous experience supporting fashion or e-commerce styling teams.

* Familiarity with inventory management systems.

* Understanding of item movement processes, external partner relations, and photoshoot production.
