Job Summary
Aquatherm’s OEM Fabrication will produce spools to the highest quality and within the shop requirements. Fabricators are reresponsible for the construction and assembly of Aquatherm piping systems used in various industries such as manufacturing, construction, data centers, mechanical systems and plumbing systems. Their primary duties include reading and interpreting fabrication drawings, cutting and welding to precise specifications. Welding or joining pipes together using various techniques and machines.
Responsibilities
- Quality of fabricated spools produced. Ensure our standards are being met or exceeded.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and configuration of the fabricated spools.
- Measure, cut, and shape pipes using manual or automated tools such as saws and pipe cutters.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. 5Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize fabrication.
- Document work performed, including materials used and hours worked, for project tracking and reporting purposes.
- Inspect finished spools to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Prep completed spools for shipment.
- Adhere to shop safety procedures.
- Improve the safety of the workplace.

Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with hands-on fabrication skills in a manufacturing or construction setting.
- Strong ability to read technical drawings accurately.
- Experience operating power tools.
- Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations during fabrication tasks.
- Computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work safely while adhering to all safety regulations.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
