Your Mission:
As our Pool & Outdoor Living Construction Superintendent, you’ll own the build process from pre-construction to completion, ensuring every detail meets AquaTerra’s high standards. You’ll lead trade partners, manage timelines, and deliver projects that wow our clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years in pool construction (landscape & hardscape experience = bonus!)
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and quality standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PHTA or Watershapes University Certification? Even better!
