Headquartered in Woodbridge, CT, we are committed to protecting public health through accurate, reliable testing. We proudly serve clients across the Northeast and are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to support our continued growth.
Position Summary
This is a full-time, field-based role focused on growing our client base across Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. The successful candidate will manage both marketing initiatives and sales activity, with extensive travel to prospective clients throughout our certification areas. This position reports directly to ownership and management and offers a high degree of autonomy for a self-motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities within our target markets, including public water supplies, home inspection firms, and water treatment companies
- Travel extensively throughout the Northeast to meet with prospective clients and build lasting relationships
- Develop and expand new business channels and revenue streams
- Grow our presence in regions where we have recently obtained certification
- Oversee and coordinate digital and print marketing efforts
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in marketing, sales, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience or coursework in sales and/or marketing
- Background in environmental, biological, or physical sciences is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Northeast
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
