Aquatech immediately needs a full-time Business Developer - Micro-Electronics to work from anywhere in USA. The Business Developer drives growth in Aquatech’s U.S. micro-electronics market by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. This role blends strategic account development with solution-based selling, requiring a deep understanding of customer operations, technical requirements, and industry trends. You’ll work closely with engineering, proposals, and execution teams to ensure solutions are commercially competitive, technically sound, and successfully delivered.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Aquatech’s footprint in the micro-electronics sector, focusing on ultrapure water and wastewater treatment solutions.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts, build relationships with key decision-makers, and manage the sales process from lead generation to contract close.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop competitive proposals, budgets, and technical submittals.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to customer engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data and pipeline tracking in the CRM.
- Monitor market conditions, capital investment projects, and regulatory changes impacting water use in micro-electronics manufacturing.
- Cultivate partnerships with manufacturer reps, EPCs, and other sales channels.
- Expand business with existing accounts through upgrades, service agreements, and new project opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed annual sales and profitability targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ultrapure water and wastewater treatment processes used in micro-electronics manufacturing.
- Proven track record of developing accounts, managing complex sales cycles, and closing contracts of $50M .
- Strong independent work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the micro-electronics or semiconductor industry, preferably in capital equipment or engineered systems
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 35% in the U.S.
