Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Materials Coordinator to work in our Canonsburg, PA, location. This position will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered a Non-Exempt employee.
Job Description:
- Validating and receiving material into SAP
- Locating Materials on specified job shelves,
- Pulling, packaging, and shipping approved materials to job sites and vendors using WMS software,
- Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and/ or overhead cranes.
- Preparing large projects skids to ship by wrapping ends and instruments and wrapping the entire skid in heat-shrink plastic.
- Pulling project-related materials from job shelves and onto pallets using SAP reports and making them available to the shop floor for assembly.
- Necessary crate and pallet building.
- General cleaning, such as sweeping floors, emptying trash, and keeping the cubicle clean.
- Pick up supplies, materials, and other site-related items as necessary using a company vehicle.
- Perform computer applications using MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skill Requirements:
- Expert in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SAP,
- Experience with WMS
- Experience operating a forklift
- Overhead crane experience, steel and nylon banders,
- General power tools to include saws, drills, wrenches

Physical Job Demands:
Lifting/carrying/moving 50 lbs, may need to climb ladders, and cannot be afraid of heights, and will need to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on site. Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time. Needs a high degree of concentration in a busy area.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Two (2) or more years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver's License
