Duties
- Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to established recipes and menu plans
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, ovens, mixers, and other culinary tools
- Follow strict food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and utensils
- Support meal preparation for various service types, including catering events when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, cooking areas, and equipment through regular cleaning routines
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and meet service deadlines
