Job Summary
The Insurance Policy Service Specialist will be responsible for handling client service-related work, including policy renewals, changes, EPOs, surrenders, and freelooks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client service-related work, including:
- Renewing and changing policies.
- Processing EPOs, surrenders, and policy loans.
- Providing payment histories and responding to customer inquiries.
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- 3-5 years life insurance experience and/or LOMA matriculation is desirable.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
