currently accepting resumes for the position of Aquarium Service Technician. Located in the heart

of Springdale, Ohio, near Cincinnati, we provide top-notch aquarium maintenance services

throughout the Tri-state area. We pride ourselves on being one of the most unique and versatile

local aquarium service companies in the Cincinnati area, offering both Freshwater and Saltwater

Aquarium Maintenance Services. With our establishment in 2012, we have experienced consistent

growth year after year. To meet the demands of our expanding clientele, we are seeking to grow our

team.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Initially, the available hours

may range from 32 to 40 per week, depending on our rate of growth, your existing aquarium

knowledge, and your ability to perform job tasks effectively.

Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. You will interact with aquarium

service clients daily, as well as share information within our organization. For example, you will

review the previous day's aquarium service maintenance appointments, discussing details such as

the overall condition of the aquarium, water chemistry test results, client concerns or preferences,

current issues to be addressed, potential future problems, and client-specific strategies with the

owner. Our goal is to provide the highest level of satisfaction to our clients, and therefore, each

aquarium maintenance visit is thoroughly reviewed and discussed between the aquarium service

technician and the owner, ensuring that our standards at Aquarium Artisans are consistently met.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of the aquarium maintenance is preferred but not required, as well are willing to train.

The ideal candidate would have strong time management and communication skills, be able to

provide great attention to detail, and excel in problem solving and customer service. Potential

candidates must be able to, not only function, but thrive in a fast paced environment with a

changing schedule. Candidates must also have a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and

ability to lift over 50 pounds. Experience with aquariums, Neptune Systems controllers, and PVC

plumbing would be a bonus.

Once you become part of our team, your day will revolve around tending to multiple aquarium

service clients. Our Aquarium Artisans Service Technicians travel between aquarium maintenance

visits in a company service vehicle. On an average Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, you

can expect to complete 4 to 6 aquarium maintenance service visits.
