- Prepare and review US 1120 corporate consolidated federal and state income tax returns
- Assist in the preparation and filing of consolidated quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and footnote
- Collect and analyze financial data, tax return supporting schedules, including tax consolidations, tax depreciation, and state apportionment
- Prepare and review quarterly tax estimates and extensions
- Research various tax issues and determine appropriate tax treatment and related tax reporting
- Respond to all tax related notices and bills
- Maintain tax depreciation schedules for various entities
- Assist with compiling, analyzing, and presenting supporting documentation for income and franchise tax audits
- Maintain the tax compliance calendar and ensure all governmental filings are prepared and filed accurately and timely
- Assist with sales tax, property tax and business license issues as necessary
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Master’s degree in Taxation is preferred
- Active CPA license or progress towards a plus
- Minimum 3 years of federal and state income tax experience
- Prior public accounting experience a plus
- Experience with OneSource Income Tax preferred
