We specialize in community-focused pool maintenance and are dedicated to providing exceptional service and a clean, safe pool experience to our community members. With summer just around the corner, we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team for the busy season!
About the Role:
Pool Service Technicians are responsible for keeping their assigned community pools & facilities clean, safe, and operational on a daily basis
Responsibilities:
- Daily pool cleaning (vacuuming, skimming, etc.)
- Daily water chemistry testing and chemical balancing
- Inspecting and maintaining pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.)
- Interacting with community members professionally and providing excellent service
- Reporting issues or opportunities as they arise
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Work hours will typically be around 7AM-11AM
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot, humid, or rainy environment
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Experience in pool maintenance is a plus, but we will train the right candidate!
