Role Description
This is a full-time sales role for an Account Manager. The position is located in Houston, TX. The Account Manager will be responsible for sales, managing current client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying client needs, and on-site testing and repprting. The role also involves preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and account management skills
- Successful Sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in water treatment, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the chemicals or water treatment industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation
$70-$80,000.00 base salary

This job is for a hunter! The right candidate will have 60-80% sales time. This territory has massive income potential. The successful candidate will have the chance to build a sales/service team and earn company stock-ONCE THEY HAVE PROVEN THEY CAN BUILD AND MANAGE A TERRITORY.
