Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations. This is a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers.
Our company is an established well, plumbing, and commercial products distribution branch. Drivers will make deliveries using a 26 ft box truck.
This driver will be responsible for delivering goods to customers and transporting transfers between other branches. Additionally general warehouse duties upon the completion of scheduled deliveries.
The schedule is Monday - Friday & dayshift.
- Pick orders
- Load and unload vehicle
- Drive truck to make deliveries
- Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner
- Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle
- Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials
- General warehouse duties
Qualifications:
- Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields
- Clean driving record
- Ability to handle physical workload, 50 lbs.
- Forklift, material handling equipment preferred
- Comfortable driving 26 foot box truck
