💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the primary point of contact for our customers—via phone, email, or in person
- Guide clients in selecting the right pool products with expert technical support
- Handle quotes, process orders, and manage product returns
- Collaborate with inventory, shipping, and sales teams for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate customer information and order tracking
🎯 What You Bring to the Table:
- 3 years of customer service experience in the aquatics industry (required)
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in distribution or manufacturing is a plus
- Clear communicator with excellent organizational skills
