Core Responsibilities
1. Imports & Purchasing Administration
- Import Tracking & Logistics: Track shipments to the port, liaising daily with customs brokers and drayage carriers to resolve delays or port holds.
- File and Receiving AP Documents: Cross-reference warehouse receiving reports against supplier invoices and process import AP documents in SAP.
- Customer Drayage Quoting: Gather and compare drayage freight quotes for container shipments going directly from the port to US customer sites.
2. Sales Administrator & Customer Support
- Sales Order Processing: Process B2B customer orders for aquarium systems in SAP, handle backup billing/invoicing, and support regular key accounts.
- Customer service to our stores: solve issues caused during the order processing or shipping process.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years in supply chain, import/export operations, purchasing, or sales administration within a wholesale/distribution setting.
- SAP Proficiency: Hands-on experience using SAP
- Import/Export Workflow: Solid grasp of both import and export documentation, international shipping, Incoterms, and US drayage/freight quoting.
- Financial & Commercial Acumen: High detail orientation to calculate landed costs, verify quotes/shipping fees, and accurately process AP/AR transactions.
Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
