Role Highlights

As a Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health, you'll:

• Deliver 1:1 care in a welcoming, patient-focused clinic—no double-booking
• Treat patients dealing with incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy/postpartum recovery, prolapse, and more
• Collaborate with experienced pelvic health professionals to refine skills and share best practices

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in helping patients regain independence, improve mobility, and achieve their personal goals. You’ll design and deliver customized treatment plans, collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, and provide leadership to support staff within the clinic.

Physical Therapist: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical assessments, to establish individualized care plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions—such as exercise, manual techniques, and specialized equipment—to restore function and relieve pain
• Partner with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
• Provide direction and mentorship to PTAs, rehab aides, and other clinical support staff
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, expectations, and home program activities
• Protect patient privacy and uphold the highest standards of safety
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, documentation requirements, and clinical quality standards
• Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment by following company policies and industry regulations
• Support the team and patients by assisting with other responsibilities as needed
  
  

Education & Licensure (Required):

• Valid Maryland PT (or eligible via PT Compact)
• Graduate of accredited PT program
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
