We are searching for a FULL TIME Physical Therapist - CLINICAL DIRECTOR in our Easton, MD office. A sign on bonus is available up to $5000 with a $4000 retention bonus
1:1 PATIENT CARE IN THE CLINIC (NO DOUBLEBOOK) , FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE
The Clinic Director’s primary function is to be the “CEO” of their specific clinic. In this role, they are responsible for the overall performance and management of their clinic, ensuring delivery of exceptional patient experience and high-quality care. The Clinic Director is the chief “culture officer” for their clinic, accountable for inspiring and empowering others to deliver “Wow” service to our clients. They are responsible for exemplifying our mission and values so that everyone is successful and engaged in their role. The Clinic Director works with our leadership and support team to lead the way and collaborate in finding or creating solutions to drive high patient care and operational/financial excellence.

- Employer expects the employee to deliver the "Wow" factor to patients and the clinical team through a positive attitude
- Employer expects the employee to play a part in creating a positive culture and developing a company of greatness
- Employer expects the employee will practice responsible and appropriate billing practices.
- Employer expects the employee to complete documentation in a timely manner as set by company standards
- $5000 Sign On Bonus and Up To $4000 Sign Retention Bonu
- 1:1 treatment sessions — no double-booking
- PT-owned practice with direct access to leadership
