We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at our Sacramento Branch. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational excellence, and a successful track record in driving growth and efficiency, preferably within the tile or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sacramento branch, including inventory control, sales support, and warehouse safety.
• Maximize branch productivity and profitability by effectively utilizing assets and personnel.
• Manage stock levels and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage the delivery truck schedule and routes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and streamline sales operations.
• Ensure a clean, secure, and efficient showroom and warehouse environment.
• Train, guide, and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adapt operational procedures to meet evolving market demands within company standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other company locations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar operations role, ideally within the tile or building materials industry.
• Proven success in increasing revenue, profitability, and product distribution.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Solid knowledge of inventory management best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to provide work-related references upon request.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and use of hands and arms.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and assemble/dismantle display fixtures.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Rotating summer Saturday mornings
