Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver

Aquabella Tile is a nationwide authority of premium porcelain tile, glass tile, and stone pavers and coping products primarily used for pool, spa and backyard entertainment.

Summary:

We are currently seeking a team player to fill the position of Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver in our Port St. Lucie, FL location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely warehouse activities, including material receiving, inter-warehouse transfers, pulling and staging customer orders, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, unload and process inbound trailers / containers

· Verify packing list / put away list with delivered products and quantities, visually inspect material for damaged goods

· Process received materials to their assigned warehouse locations

· Accurately fill open orders, pick, pull, wrap and stage orders for customer pick up or shipping

· Accurately bundle and secure material with shrink wrap for safe transportation

· Prepare various internal and external shipping documents, manifest, etc.

· Maintain a safe and clean shipping and receiving area

· Ensure warehouse equipment are maintained in good and safe working order

· Safeguard inventory control and accurate cycle counts

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job:

· The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; carry and reach.

· The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb; balance; kneel and crouch.

· The employee is required to frequently lift between 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. cartons and occasionally up to 75lbs.

· The job is physically demanding, and the candidate must be able to lift the cartons, and prepare pallets for shipping without difficulty.

· The employee is regularly required to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack.

Qualifications / Skills:

· Proven work experience in a Warehouse environment

· Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment

· Working knowledge of shipping regulations and packing, labeling and shipping requirements

· Proficient computer experience, including MS office Word, Excel, Outlook is ideal

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Possess a positive and professional attitude

· Ability to meet targets and goals

· High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred

· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Does require a Drivers License

Normal Hours / Benefits:

· Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm, rotating Saturday mornings.

· Limited overtime is possible.
