Aquabella Tile is a nationwide authority of premium porcelain tile, glass tile, and stone pavers and coping products primarily used for pool, spa and backyard entertainment.
Summary: Aquabella is currently seeking an individual to fill our Customer Service / Inside Sales position at our Rancho Cordova, CA location, with primary responsibilities over customer service, showroom and office management, and support sales & marketing efforts, warehouse & inventory management. Experience in the tile, carpet or other coverings industry is highly desired. Preference given to Bilingual/Spanish Speaking.

Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Customer Service activities, including:
- Answer phones, website chat and email inquiries.
- Attends to customers in the showroom.
- Lead order entry and end of day invoicing and reconciliation processes.
- Manage order changes and adjustments.
- Provide assistance and solutions for customer problems such as shipment and quantity errors, shading problems, damaged material, etc.
- Work with customers on back ordered items and delivery tracking.
- Weekly calls or emails to customers with open orders.
- Responsible for promotion of programs for new items & close out items.
- Rotating Saturday mornings are required
Sales & Administrative Support, including:
- Follow up on all back orders and customer direct pick-ups.
- Generate sales & inventory reports for the Branch Manager, Operations Manager and the sales department.
- Keep Price lists up to date. Maintain copies for distribution to new accounts as needed.
- Back up for sales support, credit applications, samples programs, etc.
Accounting Activities, including:
- Research unpaid / short paid accounts.
- Help with collection of unpaid accounts.
- Work with sales team to maintain quality of the A/R aging.
- Prepare credit memos within policy for shipping errors, damaged material, returns, pricing issues, etc.
- Oversee Cash Management policies, including cash & credit card receipts, branch deposit and petty cash.
Showroom & Office Management, including:
- Maintain the office, showroom and order desk environment in a clean, organized and safe environment.
- Oversee filing and organization of cabinets, closets, workstations, copy room, etc.
- Maintain office, warehouse and sample supplies.
- Maintain current and historical records.
Warehouse & Inventory Management, including:
- Assist with the quality of inventory receipts and shipments.
- Process inventory cycle counts, sample orders, approved adjustments, location changes, etc.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
Qualification
- Prefer college degree, High school diploma is required.
- Results driven and customer focused.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet production targets and goals.
- Sharp communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional, reliable and trustworthy.
- Familiar with use of computers and ability to type.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office is ideal, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Experience with Dancik is a plus
- Reliable transportation.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Normal Hours / Benefits:
- Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 7:45am to 4:15pm, rotating Saturday mornings.
- Limited overtime is possible.
