Hourly Range: $20-$24/hour depending on experience

Founded in 2007 and operating in 63,000 sq/ft FDA registered manufacturing facility,
Aqua ViTea produces kombucha and probiotic seltzers under its own brand. The company is
committed to authenticity and sustainability, as reflected in the sourcing of the highest quality
ingredients and an active fermentation process which allows live cultures and enzymes to
develop naturally. Aqua ViTea also co-packs products for other brands.
Position Overview
This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced
environment. This position reports to the Quality Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve quality assurance and quality control documentation.
- Perform routine tasks such as recordkeeping, testing (daily, monthly, quarterly), and
product quality monitoring. - Coordinate all Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for raw materials.
- Update raw material receiving, on-hold and rejection procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures.
- Identify and escalate quality-related issues to management for resolution and process
improvement. - Conduct shelf-life testing and taste panels for sensory evaluation on finished products.
- Promote safety throughout the facility.
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Completed a HACCP training course; TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
- A deep interest and concern for food safety and product quality.
- Experience in food processing.
- Detail-oriented, analytical and organized.
- Computer skills.
- Willingness to learn.
Working Condition Requirements
Must be able to walk up and down stairs and move about a manufacturing facility without
issues. Must be able to stand and/or sit for 4-8 hours per day. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
easily. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision,
peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
