Front Desk Staff - Aqua-Tots Roseville (Must be 18 years or older)

Job Summary

Work with the General Manager, Office Manager, and other Front Desk Staff members in creating the Aqua-Tots experience for new and current families, upholding our core values, and meeting sales goals.

Areas of Responsibility

The Front Desk Staff is responsible for the following Daily Duties:

Daily Duties

• Uphold our Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values
• Open and/or close the facility
• Print class rosters
• Stock snack bar, retail merchandise, office forms and supplies, and any promotional materials
• Perform all duties as outlined on the Swim School Daily Task List
• Welcome families into the facility and say goodbye
• Answer phones with the proper Aqua-Tots Swim Schools greeting
• Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers
• Provide information about our facilities, curriculum, and features
• Effectively utilize POS and communication platforms
• Manage class attendance and schedule make-up lessons
• Sell swimming lessons and related swimming merchandise
• Register new and/or returning customers
• Completes Daily Sales Tracker
• Ensure that families have a swim waiver signed
• Give facility tours to new and existing customers
• Perform 10-minute check-in with all new families
• Prepare Welcome packets and bags for new families
• Ensure facility safety and cleanliness
• Interact with families to build a relationship with our customers
• Handle customer concerns and/or report to the General Manager
• Assist with the student graduation process
• Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings
  
  

Front Desk Staff Certification Requirements

• Aqua-Tots Front Desk Staff (AT- FDS) Certificate of Completion
• CPR and First Aid Certifications Aqua-Tots will train you
