Are you looking for a FUN and AMAZING place to work? Aqua-Tots Swim School is looking for an energetic Swim Coach/Instructor with a sincere love of children and swimming to join our team at our location at 714 N State St, Westerville, OH 43082.
Availability Needed:
Saturday & Sunday mornings
Monday-Thursday afternoon/evenings
Must be able to continue working once the school year starts

Swim Coach/Instructor Responsibilities:
- Teach swim lessons for kids up to 12 years old
- Lead group classes with no more than 4 kiddos per class
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Track student swim progression throughout the levels
- Attend monthly in-service trainings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
- Teach 7-8 classes back-to-back during a 4-5 hour shift
- Availability to work one weekend shift between 8:30am-2pm (Saturday or Sunday)
