What You'll Be Doing:
- Teaching swim lessons using our proven curriculum
- Cheering on kids as they learn and grow in the water
- Making lessons fun, safe, and memorable
- Talking with parents and teammates with confidence and positivity
- Keeping things on time and organized
- Pitching in with simple cleanup tasks to keep the place looking great
What We are Looking For:
- Confident swimmer (you don’t need to be an Olympic athlete!)
- Great with kids and love working with them
- Positive attitude, high energy, and great communication
- Reliable and on-time
- Physically able to lift 30 lbs, climb out of the pool, and work in warm water for 4–5 hours
