Children’s Swim Instructor – Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Leesburg, VA
Pay: $14.00–$18.00/hour STARTING (based on experience)

Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is hiring Children’s Swim Instructors who want a fun, active job where you make a real impact. If you enjoy working with kids, being in the water, and thriving in a team environment, this role is for you. No prior experience required—paid training provided!
Available Shifts
- Weekday Mornings: 8:45 AM – 1:30 PM
- Weekday Evenings: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM OR 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Teach swim lessons to children ages 4 months–12 years using our proven curriculum
- Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
- Support pool safety, cleanliness, and facility standards
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn—full paid training is included
- Ability to work at least one 4.5-hour weekend shift
- Ability to meet our 90% attendance expectation (present 9 out of 10 scheduled weeks)
- Ability to pass a background check
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
- Experience in swim instruction, coaching, lifeguarding, childcare, or customer service
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages)
- Local to the NOVA/GMU area—great job for students
